You will find some 22 kilometres (14 miles) from L’Estartit. It is one of the most important tourist centres of the Baix Empordá. One of the municipality symbols is its cultural heritage (castle Castillo de Begur, defence towers Torres de Defensa, XVI-XVII AD). Within this region there are the most prestigious beaches of the Costa Brava – among these Sa Riera, Aiguafreda, Sa Tuna, Platja Fonda, Fornells, and Aiguablava.
