Negre del falaguer

El negre del Falaguer is a dive spot well-protected against the Tramontana, a north wind that many times affects the Costa Brava. The depths in this zone are ranging from 5 and 28 m. As this is quite a large bay offering many points to fix the ship, there are various different diving possibilities. To discover an abundant marine fauna you do not have to dive down very deep. Just like at Punta Salina, sea horses can be seen during the summer months. El negre de Falaguer is named after a black-coloured cliff rock with small stalactites hanging from the ceiling. For the more experienced divers there is existing a tunnel that entry can be partly seen from the surface.
